Thank you for your support! At Whispers of Colors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Return Eligibility

    •    Returns are only accepted for unused coloring books in their original condition.
    •    Books that have been written in, colored, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.

Return Process

   1.    Contact Us:
Email us at whispersofcolors@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of your return request.
    2.    Approval & Instructions:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
    3.    Shipping Your Return:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the book is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds

    •    Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

    •    Customized or special-edition books.
 
          Digital downloads or other digital products 

    •    Freebies or bonus items included in the package.
